Journal Title: Romanian Journal of Human - Computer Interaction - Year 2008, Vol 1, Issue 3

Abstract

Augmented reality is featuring a new type of human-computer interaction that is based on the integration of the real and virtual within a single interaction space. More recently, these systems have been used to implement learning scenarios intended to support new teaching methods in secondary schools. This paper presents a comparative usability evaluation of two augmented reality learning scenarios. The evaluation is carried on the basis of the quantitative and qualitative measures provided by a usability questionnaire that is based on a technology acceptance model.
