Abstract
O presente estudo tem como objetivo analisar a política externa do governo Nelson Mandela na esteira de uma nova estrutura internacional pós-Guerra Fria, no período de 1994 a 1999, mapeando os atores envolvidos neste meio e os indicadores e variáveis que condicionavam a política externa do país.
