Ottoga{ do sega taa bele`i postojan razvoj vo korelacija so op{testveno-ekonomski napredok, razvojot na kulturata, obrazovanieto, nau~no-istra`uva~kata rabota, a vo toj kontekst i so menuvaweto na stavovite kon hendikepiranite lica kako i vlijanieto na socijalno- humanitarnite organizacii i drugi organizacii i zdru`enija na gra|ani od zemjata i svetot.
