Abstract

To investigate the effects of safflower seed vigor on germination indexes an experiment was conducted in completely randomized design with 4 replications. Experimental treatments consist of making 3 levels of vigor with rapid aging test (control, 80 and 90 percent of germination). Results showed that different aging levels affected all germination indexes (germination percent, normal seedling percent, means of germination time, coefficient of velocity of germination, daily germination time and means of daily germination) significantly. Increasing aging time decreased germination percent, normal seedling percent, coefficient of velocity of germination and means of daily germination statistically, as control treatment had highest and passing 6 days of deterioration (80 germination percent) had the lowest values for these traits.

Abstract

This study has been performed to offer an appropriate model of strategic control within The Iranian administrative departments. Researchers have considered processes of strategic management and related steps like formulation, implementation, evaluation and control. At the same time, the researchers described the literature of interest and highlights the fundamental definitions of strategic control in the view of strategists. Different strategists have offered their own appropriate models. The statistical society consisted of 112 administrative organizations and a random sampling method was applied. This study was performed using library and organization documents as tool for data gathering. Researchers used a pre-validated questionnaires and analyzed of the findings by Affirmative Factor Analysis to test the hypotheses (1).Then, fitting the strategic model and using Path Analysis Method, the study has measured quantities and validated the model. In order to analyze the reliability, SPSS software was used as a measurement instrument (3,4). Descriptive statistics were collected from the administrative organizations like The Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, The Ministry of Foreign Affairs etc.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was the survey of problems and effective factors on sport tourism development in west Azerbaijan with the emphasis on natural-sport attractions. The subjects of this research were 103 experts’. The current research was survey type and performed as a kind of field-research. Data were collected by using a researcher- made questionnaire based on Likert scale (=0.93). Collected data were analyzed by using Factor Analysis method. Results of the study showed that: Attractions related to the aquatic- coastal and summary sports, and attractions respect to the woodland and desert-running, respectively had the highest and lowest amount. So, effective management and comprehensive planning with strong belief toward investment considering geysers attractions and nature therapy can be helpful to the development of this industry. Therefore, in order to improve sport tourism infrastructure, special budget must be devoted for sports facilities. Moreover, residential and welfare equipments must be created regarding the geographical and regional conditions of each area.

Abstract

Strength and quality of safflower seed (Sinai cultivar) in the development and maturation of seeds, water and dry land under cultivation, were evaluated in the crop year 2010 in greenhouse of Faculty of Agriculture University of Mohaghegh Ardabili. The obtained seeds for this experiment were farming in Islamic Azad University, Ardabil Agricultural Research Station, treatments affected plant density and dry and irrigated cultivation conditions. experiment was conducted A factorial in randomized complete block design in 4 replications. Factors including crop type (irrigated and rainfed) and planting density (30, 40, 50 and 60 plants per square meter) whit distance of, respectively (8, 6, 5 and 4 cm). Seeds were sampled at intervals of 18 to 62 days after flowering and were determined the amount of moisture and dry weight and were planted in pots to measure the strength and quality of seeds. Traits measured in this experiment include: changes in seed dry weight, seed moisture content, root length, the cotyledons length, length of normal seedling, shoot fresh weight, percentage of normal seedlings, the percentage of emergence and rate of emergence. Results showed that weight handle end or grain filling period has occurred of 42 days after flowering or 137 days after implantation. Maximum Hypocotyl length and root length were observed on dry conditions at 62 days after flowering. The highest emergence rate were obtained at 45-55 days after flowering that almost simultaneously with the processing power and weight that reflects the high quality seeds were produced in this process. For other quality traits such as percentage of normal seedlings, seedling length and percentage of normal emergenc, The highest strength and quality of seeds has been made in dry conditions and at the end of the sampling, weighing 7 to 9 days after the hearing.

Keywords: Safflower, dry weight of grain, the seed maturation, seed quality and the percentage of normal seedlings
