Abstract

花生四烯酸(Arachidonic acid,AA)是人和哺乳动物体内一种必需的高度不饱和脂肪酸(highly unsaturated fatty acids, HUFAs)。随着对AA研究的深入,AA及其代谢物在生物体中发挥的重要生理作用被越来越多地认识,使AA成为当前生命科学包括水产学营养研究的热点之一。本文综述了AA的研究进展,特别是生物代谢转化方面的最新研究成果,旨在促进AA的开发、应用和更深入的学术探讨。
