Документальне забезпечення бухгалтерського обліку прав користування землею

Abstract
Метою статті є удосконалення документального забезпечення бухгалтерського обліку операцій з правами користування землею. Виявлено, що існуючі первинні та зведенні документи, рекомендовані для обліку нематеріальних активів, не забезпечують повноцінного відображення економіко-правової сутності прав користування землею в обліковій системі підприємства. Обґрунтовано підходи до вдосконалення: Акта на оприбуткування права користування земельною ділянкою до складу нематеріальних активів, Акта на вибуття (ліквідацію) права користування земельною ділянкою зі складу нематеріальних активів та Інвентарного списку прав користування земельними ділянками сільськогосподарського призначення (паями) у складі нематеріальних активів. Дані первинні документи доповнено показниками, що характеризують земельну ділянку, розкривають правові підстави землекористування та, таким чином, визначають основи організації бухгалтерського обліку прав користування землею. Крім того, запропоновано форму Акта оцінки вартості права оренди земельної ділянки, який дозволяє підвищити прозорість методики здійснення вартісної оцінки для цілей бухгалтерського обліку та служить документальним підтвердженням оцінки вартості прав оренди.
