THE INTERCONNECTION OF JUSTIVE AND LEGAL CULTURE AS COPONENTS OF A LEGAL SYSTEM

Abstract
The article examines the nature and relationship of legal awareness and legal culture as elements of the legal system. The author concluded that legal awareness and legal culture are organically connected, causing a new type of thinking, the legal system of values, norms and principles to ensure the realization and protection of rights and freedoms and lawful interests of citizens.
