The impact of competitive loady on the functional state of the body of young skiers- racers of 15–16 aged

Abstract

Analyzed here is competitive microcycle program containing three classes of studies with a high load (involved in the control starts). We describe the results of studies aimed at defining the nature of the course and timing of recovery after competitive loads’ influence. Established is the dynamic regeneration of the functional state of the body of young skiers-racers according to the reaction of the cardiovascular, respiratory and neuromuscular systems. Individual reaction of dynamic regeneration of functional state of the young athletes.
