Effect of metabolic medicine at «Kardonat» performance functional preparedness of skilled middle-distance runners

Abstract
In this article results a relation to the changes of efficiency of training process of skilled runners on midranges under influence of the unforbidden metabolic preparation «Kardonat» are presented. In connection with his expressed normalize operating on the indexes of haematological homoeostasis preparation at application in a precontest mycrocycle positively influences on the physical capacity of athletes it was shown. In addition, it is set, that at last one mycrocycle before competitions of «Kardonat» improves exchange the indexes of functional preparedness that level of development of the special endurance of runners is characterizing.
