Polityka ludnościowa Federacji Rosyjskiej w kontekście kryzysu ukraińskiego

Abstract
The aim of this article is to analyse the changes in the population policy of the Russian Federation that followed the escalation of the Russian- Ukrainian conflict caused by the annexation of Crimea and the separatist conflict in the Donbas in context of the previous legal regulations in this matter. We wont to show how the demographic situation of the Russian Federation developed after the decomposition of the Soviet Union and how the federal authorities tried to solve the problem of the deepening demo¬graphic crisis. The main assumptions of the new 2007 and 2018 programs as well as the principles of migration and repatriation policy will be examined. The key problem is an attempt to answer the question are the mentioned programs are consistent with the demographic challenges of the state and whether their implementation will lead to a real improvement in the demo¬graphic situation in Russia.
