Mâtürîdî’ye Göre Kur’ân-ı Kerîm’de Yeminler

Abstract
Kur’ân’da pek çok yemin ifadesi yer almaktadır. Tefsir tarihinin başlangıcından itibaren yazılan muhtelif eserlerde Ku’rân’da geçen yeminlere ilişkin bilgiler verilmesine rağmen konunun etraflıca incelenmediği ve üzerinde yeterince durulmadığı görülmektedir. Buna karşın oldukça erken dönemde yaşamış bir müfessir olan Mâtürîdî, Te’vîlâtü’l-Kur’ân adlı eserinde Kur’ân’da geçen yeminler üzerinde detaylı bir şekilde durmuş, söz konusu yeminlerin nasıl anlaşılması gerektiğine dair açıklamalar yapmıştır. Eserinde yeminleri farklı boyutlarıyla tahlil eden Mâtürîdî, konuyla ilgili bazı temel prensipler zikrederken zaman zaman özgün yorumlar da sunmuştur. Bu çalışma, Mâtürîdî’nin Kur’ân’daki yeminlerle ilgili görüş ve değerlendirmelerini ortaya koymayı hedeflemektedir.
