Evaluating the Effect of Intellectual Capital on Organization and Its Association with Performance of Human Force (Case Study: General Directorate of Prisons in West Azerbaijan)

Abstract

The aim of the present study is to evaluate the effect of intellectual capital on organization and its association with performance of human force. The study is applied, descriptive and survey in terms of goal, quality of data collection and quality of implementation. The statistical population comprises of 135 General Directorate of Prisons in West Azerbaijan. Using Cochran formula, the sample size was determined as 100. To collect the data use was made by Intellectual Capital and Human Force performance questionnaires. It was found through the use of Cronbach alpha coefficient that the reliability was 0.932.
