Juvenile Justice Facilities in Iran to Avoid Deprivation of Liberty

Abstract
Children criminal judgment that from the first contact of children and adolescents with law enforcement and the judiciary officials , in terms of committing acts contrary to the Criminal Code, goes on until the end of their accusation consideration ,and from point of view of the need to provide high humanistic goal, their training and prevent crime, is so important. Hearing process of Children and adolescents has several distinguishing aspects with the hearing process in adults. Including that the police and judges who are active exclusively or predominantly at the hearing child, must go through training courses to be completely familiar with various sciences such as child psychology, social work and criminology. Justice must be completely closed and preserve privacy of children. Character file that contains the comments of various medical specialists, psychology, social work and criminology, next to criminal judgment in order to take appropriate action with personality and character of the child or youth is necessary. The author in the present paper, has been compared the main lines of juvenile criminal judgment in common law with Iran topic law. The new law also examined the juvenile court. It seems that there is no difference between the ways of children criminal judgment in common law and Islamic law and there is no revulsion and restriction in doings of this judgments in juridical reliable texts.
