Effect of Thinking Stories on the development of communication skills of elementary school children

Abstract

This present study aimed to evaluate effectiveness of Thinking Stories on the development of communication skills of elementary school children. So research community consisted all primary school students in fifth& sixth grade of Azadegan school in 2015-2016 which included100 students. The sample that consisted of 04 students who got lowest scores in communication skills were selected with purposive sampling and then they designated into experimental and control groups with 20 members. The independent variable were the thinking stories that were presented for experimental group. Finally , current evidences suggested that present training programs have not been able improve thinking, asking, and appropriate interaction with the environment and others. If children don’t learn how to think and work together so how they will continue learning and walk in their communities.
