The Study of the Relationship between Components of Holographic Organization and Knowledge Management in Payame Noor University East Azerbaijan

Abstract
The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between the components of the holographicorganization and knowledge management.The statistical population included all faculty members Payame Noor University East Azerbaijan Provincewhich 140 were selected as sample using Cochran formula.Methodology of this research was fundamental- practical and correlation with descriptive approach.Validity of instruments was confirmed by experts and their reliability was obtained by Cronbach's alpha for KMequal to . 894 and for components of the holographicorganization equal to .964.For analyze the dimensions of the conceptual frameworkwas used to confirmatory factor analysis and to investigate the relationships between the dimensions of the study, was used structural equation modeling approach (SEM). The results showed a significant relationship between components of the holographicorganization and knowledge management and the model is provided with an acceptable fit.
