Abstract

Odnosot kon decata so pre~ki vo psihi~kiot i fizi~kiot razvoj e opredeluvan od ~ovekovata zaednica na razli~ni na~ini, od separacija i posebno obele`uvawe, do posebna za{tita na ovie deca. Dolgo vo ~ovekovata istorija, odnosot kon ovie deca e ozna~uvan kako "mit na separacija" i "obele`uvawe". Ovie deca dolgo se izdvojuvani vo posebni ustanovi i azili. Posledicite na vakvoto odnesuvawe i denes se zabele`itelni kaj mnogu lu|e vo zaednicata, koi pod op{t naziv se obele`uvaat kako stigmatizacija- obele`uvawe. Obemot i sodr`inata na ovaa pojava se vrzuva za mnogu faktori. Se smeta deka kulturno-obrazovniot i socio-ekonomskiot status mo`at da imaat presudno vlijanie vo spre~uvaweto ili javuvaweto na nesakanite posledici pri za~nuvawe, poroduvawe i raniot razvoj na deteto. Etiologijata na mnogu statusi e poznata i prou~ena i mo`e da se dr`i pod kontrola.
