The unpaired t Result: In 10-20% Burn average Duration of Hospitalization was 12± 4.3 days and 26±3.2 in Group A and Group B respectively and this observed difference was significant (t=14.71,df=62, days and 42± 4.5 days(t=19.99,df=62,P<0.001) 35± 4.5 days and 64±5.2 days(t=18.56, .The complications like Aspiration Pneu B was 65.62% (P<0.005;Z=3.96) similarly Atelectasis was 50.00% P<0.05;Z=5.6);Pulmonary Embolism (P<0.001;Z=4.5) ;UTI-28.12% significantly higher i.e. 40.62% in study it was clear that significantly there was lesser duration of hospitalization in all categories of burn and complications like Aspiration PneumoniaAtelectasis, Pulmonary Embolism , Septicemia, UTI were less common in Heparin treatment group but the complication of bleeding were more common in heparin treatment group.
