Abstract

Aviation is a dynamic element of the modern economy and the global transport system. The airport is an object transport and economic development. It is one of the elements of the air transport system defined geographically (air transport binding element of the settlement network) and is an essential component of the terrestrial mode of transport. In airports following the effective use of all means of transport work independently and in between transport system for optimal and sustainable utilization of resources. In many cases the burden of adjustment port and its infrastructures to modality lies in the regions, which are often owned airports. For the analysis of air transport modality studied the needs and behaviors of passengers using the airport. Research passengers play a big impact on the process of passenger service by a duly authorized entities. The results of this analysis enable you to: adjustment of air transport services and ancillary services to the needs of buyers, which helps to increase their sales and competitiveness; the inclusion of consumers in the process of shaping the market and the product; increase the efficiency of financial management of the sale earmarked for activation by an appropriate choice of forms of influence on the defined purchasers; monitoring of changes in the markets for enabling: early to prepare for changes; define more precisely the intensification of the activation time.
