A study of the formation of tomato hybrids productivity depending on the hybrid composition and plant population density under irrigation in Southern Ukraine

Abstract
The paper studies the formation of tomato hybrids productivity depending on the hybrid composition and stand density under irrigation in Southern Ukraine. Stand density increase is considered to be one of the main ways of raising yields. However, we should remember that excessive density of plants has a negative effect on the yield structure and reduces the nutrition area of a single plant, which greatly impacts the efficiency of using soil fertility, solar energy, thermal and water regime of the soil, and other components. That is why we have decided to carry out research in this area.
