Action Logic, Realistic Dilemma and Relief Strategies of Improving the Governance Ability of Sports Services for the Aged in China

Abstract
By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis, this paper studies the action logic, realistic dilemma and resolving strategies of improving the governance ability of sports services for the elderly in China. The action logic of the participants in the management of sports services for the elderly in China: the government should make good use of the “visible hand” to give full play to the role of the government; Society: pay attention to self-growth, and achieve multi-win results; Market: give consideration to both commercial and public welfare, and improve governance efficiency. The realistic dilemma faced by the improvement of the governance ability of sports services for the elderly in China: the main dilemma: the government's governance ability is weak, and social organizations and enterprises are not involved in governance; Talent dilemma: lack of senior sports service professionals, lack of awareness of talent training; Content dilemma: the supply capacity does not match the actual demand development; Technical dilemma: insufficient support of sports science and technology level. Put forward to strengthen the cooperative governance mechanism of multiple subjects; Improve the content of governance to ensure the effective supply of sports services for the elderly; Attach importance to the cultivation of professional talents; Improve governance efficiency; Improve the technical support system, improve the intelligent governance ability and other aspects to improve the management ability of sports services for the elderly.
