ACTUALIZATION OF THE RETRO EXPERIENCE OF THE PRIMARY SCHOOL OF THE TRANSCARPATHIA IN CONDITIONS OF REFORMING EDUCATION OF UKRAINE

Abstract

The analysis of socio-economic, socio-political, educational and organizational conditions of the development of the primary school of the Transcarpathia of the second half of the XIX – the end of the XX century promotes the detection and updating of constructive retrospection: development of normative and legal support of the primary schools are agreed with the documentary base of European countries; the diversification of the network of institutions of primary education by types and forms of ownership; the extension of access to the establishment of the primary schools of the private individuals, local communities and religious organizations with the obligatory condition of observance of educational standards; the ensuring the possibility of obtaining of the primary education in the native language by national minorities; enhancement of the local lore component in curricula and programs of the primary schools; special attention to national, civil, patriotic, moral and religious upbringing as a means of preserving the national identity and fostering European integration of Ukrainian primary education.
