ADAPTIVE KINEZITHERAPY IN EARLY REHABILITATION OF PATIENTS WITH MILD COORDINATION DEFECTS

Journal Title: World Science - Year 2017, Vol 6, Issue 4

Abstract

Aim. Assessment of the clinical efficacy of an innovative method of adaptive kinezitherapy patients with mild coordination defects compared with standard therapy. Materials and methods. The study involved 35 healthy volunteers and 51 patients in the early recovery period after acute stroke with mild coordination defects. Thus 20 patients received standard therapy and in 31 patients the standard treatment was supplemented with adaptive kinezitherapy sessions. All persons carried out an objective assessment of the qualitative structure of the cyclic locomotion before and after the treatment with the release criteria for spatial orientation, as well as markers targeted and unfocused movements. The rehabilitation of the patients used a robotic kinezisimulator «TRiNiTi». Conclusion. Adaptive kinezitherapy in the treatment of mild coordination disorders improves biokinematic stabilization and it is effectively the standard therapy by 27,1%.
