Advantages and disadvantages of the functioning of the Accounting Chamber of Ukraine: the international dimension

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the current state of functioning of Accounting Chamber of Ukraine, in particular, the main issues that require legal regulation are identified, the experience of foreign countries regarding the effectiveness of public financial control and the positive factors that can be used to improve the functional powers of Accounting Chamber of Ukraine are investigated.
