BUSINESS DIVERSIFICATION IN TODAY'S TAX BURDEN

Abstract
The article analyzes the high tax burden on taxpayers in Ukraine. On the basis of the rating results «Paying Taxes 2014» compiled by accounting firm PriceWaterHouseCoopers and the World Bank, found that the simplicity of the tax system in Ukraine ranks 164th place out of 189 countries in the world, by reason of 28 tax payments, spend 390 hours a year the payment of taxes. The size of the total tax burden rate is 54.9 %, which is 11.9% more than the average world level. It is concluded that the tax burden leads to inability to pay high tax rates because there is tax evasion, which severely affected interests. On the basis of the Ukrainian Finance Ministry reports a conclusion was made that the income tax is one of major national taxes, bringing some of the biggest revenue. And since only the income tax is a direct tax and is the basis for the development of optimization schemes of tax liability on the part of the payer. The most effective tool to reduce risks in the world of business diversification is considered. The company separate from it’s structure an unit that performs specific functions and corresponds to signs of small business. Thus, the use of business diversification schemes with the creation of small businesses in the simplified taxation system is very effective for the current conditions as a legitimate and cost effective for both stakeholders: the company and the state.
