CARRYING OUT REFORM OF FINANCIAL DECENTRALIZATION IN SUMY REGION

Abstract
In the article, the essence and value of financial decentralization in Ukraine are defined. The role of reforming of local government, in particular, in the Sumy region is considered. The estimation of financial resources of Berezivs’ka UTC is conducted. According to results of research, directions of its further development are determined.
