CONCEPTS AND LEGAL NATURE YOUTH UNEMPLOYMENT

Abstract
The legal phenomenon of youth unemployment for the further definition of the legal means of improving the employment situation of young people is studied. The author argued that youth unemployment can be defined as a legal condition which is characterized by a lack of part of the population aged 14 to 35 years, the feasibility of their ability to work due to the peculiarities of youth as a special category of the population, and the specifics of its situation on the labour market, as well as the trends of the youth the labour market.
