Continuous-reciprocal modes of action (Aktionsart) in Polish and Ukrainian languages

Abstract
The article deals with different approaches to identify the notions of the «modes of action» (Aktionsart). The main attention is given to the terms for the nomination of Aktionsarten and their equivalence in different languages. The article deals with the Ukrainian category of the «modes of action» (Aktionsart) and its functional equivalents in modem literary Polish in contrastive aspect. The results of this comparison with examples from the modern Ukrainian and Polish literature are presented in the article.
