Counteraction to corruption in Ukraine: the analysis and legislative support

Abstract
The article investigates the problem of counteraction to corruption in Ukraine. The analysis of administrative and criminal corruption offenses, criminal proceedings with signs of corruption was carried out. The legislative framework of Ukraine in the field of fighting corruption was studied. The attention was paid to the implementation of public administration reform, which aims to minimize the corruption in government authorities.
