COURT FOR RECONCILIATION AND ARBITRATION WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE COMPANY: PECULIAR ITIES OF SETTLEMENT OF INTERSTATE DISPUTES

Abstract
The author researched the prospects for resolving the international conflict between the Russian Federation and Ukraine in the use of the OSCE political and legal mechanisms. It is concluded that the Court of Conciliation and Arbitration should be used to stop Russian aggression, to preserve European and world security.
