Abstract
The article is devoted to highlighting topical issues related to the adaptation of the institute of appeal proceedings within the administrative judicial process in the field of informatization of society from the point of view of finding effective means of comprehensive legal modernization of the protection of human rights by strengthening judicial control over the activities of the courts of first instance. Attention is focused on the main directions of modernization of appeal production in Ukraine, such as: harmonization, transformation and unification.
