CYCLICAL OF LEGISLATIVE ACTIVITIES AS A SUBJECT OF GENERAL THEORETICAL STUDY

Abstract
The article analyzes the problems of cyclical in the legal field at the level of legislative activity. The application of the method of analogies between cyclical processes in politics and economics, and cyclical processes in legal life, allows us to conclude that legislative activity has a cyclical nature. Moreover, cyclicality acts as a form and method of rulemaking. The focus of research is also crisis situations that arise in the legislative field and are cyclical. When comprehending the legislative activity cyclicity, its patterns and peculiarities are revealed. The concept of “legislative cycle” is investigated separately, its definition is proposed. The final part of this paper demonstrates the use of the cyclical paradigm as a methodological basis for legislative activity.
