DEVELOPMENT OF LEADERSHIP POTENTIAL IN THE COMPETETIVE CONDITIONS

Abstract
This article is devoted to the theoretical issues of the leadership potential devel¬opment in the competitive conditions. The thesis, that global competition creates increas¬ing global opportunities for the organizational development and development of social processes in it, is substantiated. The effectiveness and successfulness of organizational activity depends on the power of its leadership potential.
