Development of organizational mechanism for improving image border management hotel enterprise

Abstract
The article proposes the definition of a method for estimating the level of management by image building, which takes into account the specifics of the tourist enterprise. The modern tourism industry is a complex and dynamic structure, and it includes as directly enterprises of the tourism industry (travel agencies, tour operators, recreation facilities) and a large number of subsidiary institutions and organizations (various carriers, hotels, restaurants, sanatoriums, etc.). It should not be forgotten that this industry is in the stage of development and every year approaches to work, doing business and sales of hotel products are improving, but the problem of imidg has always been. More and more entrants choose this specialty and then we have a lot of new staff, but the market of high-quality employees is empty. The employer is trying to find a worker who meets the requirements. But given the fact that the worker understands the whole system and that there are not enough skilled specialists, he starts to do his work poorly in his work, thus extracting from the employer a bonus or increase in wages, knowing that there are not enough good specialists on the market. In our time, a person lives in the world of monetary motivation and the cash award is the main material incentive of the employee. Travel companies spend a lot of effort on staff development, so the turnover of staff is not profitable for a travel company and managers are trying to properly motivate employees properly and efficiently. The systems of payment and stimulation of work of employees at the enterprise are described. Differences in wage systems are investigated. The main factors of satisfaction with the work of the tourism industry are revealed. Recommendations for optimizing the incentive system are given. The factors of assessment of the level of management by image building are considered, as well as the directions of adjusting the policy of management by image building, based on the results of the evaluation by the company's management.
