DIDACTIC PRINCIPLES OF DESIGNING TECHNOLOGIES FOR THE FORMATION OF THE TRANSLATIONAL PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF A TEACHER OF A FOREIGN LANGUAGE (FRENCH)

Abstract

The article is devoted to the didactic principles of the designing of technologies of formation of profes- sional translation competence of a teacher of a foreign language (French). This study analyzes the methodo- logical and organizational aspects, different general didactic principles of teaching of a foreign language. The main focus is on the formation of translation competence, particularity of its use in the process of studying of a foreign language. The author analyzes the means of teaching translation, types of translation, gives examples of the use of different methods of translation (lexical and semantic, grammatical, stylistic). The importance of translation competence is proved in the context of polylingability.
