DISCRIMINANT ANALYSIS AND ITS APPLICATION IN THE PREDICTION OF BANKRUPTCY OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The basic models developed by leading scientists that determine the probability of bankruptcy were investigated. The main trends in the Ukrainian and foreign business were analyzed. The practical use of discriminant models of the probability of bankruptcy was analyzed. On the basis of investigation the main disadvantages of discriminant analysis were revealed. The improvement measures of evaluating the probability of bankruptcy have been offered.
