ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ СТАНУ ВЕГЕТАТИВНОЇ РЕГУЛЯЦІЇ ПІД ЧАС ВАГІТНОСТІ

Abstract
The aim of the study. To evaluate the functional state of the autonomic nervous system in pregnant women by analyzing the cardiointervalography data to predict the outcomes of pregnancyand childbirth. Materials and methods. 88 pregnant women were examined with usage of computer cardiointervalography in the first trimester of pregnancy. Heart rate variability parameters characterizing autonomic nervous status andregulatory systemslevelare defined. Results. Autonomic disorders, according to cardiointervalography, were found in 55 % of pregnant women. The main indicators that reliably characterize the autonomic state were: SI, LF, pNN50, HF, RMSSD, LF / HF, SDNN, TP and IC. A group of pregnant women with signs of autonomic dysfunction has been formed during investigation for further gestation processes and labor activity study. Conclusions.The relative dominance of sympathetic activity and decreasing of vagal regulation is observed in most pregnant women with autonomic dysfunction. The functional intensity of regulatory processes and the disruption of adaptive mechanisms are formed in pregnant women with hypersympathotonia, which may be a prerequisite for gestational complications development.
