Effect of accelerated aging and priming on seed germination of rapeseed (Brassica napus L.) cultivars

Abstract

Present study was conducted to invigorate of the deteriorated rapeseed seeds (exposed to 40ºC and 100% RH at 48 and 96 h) by seed priming with KH2PO4 (−0.625 MPa) and CaCl2 (−1.25 MPa) in three rapeseed cultivars (RGS, ‘Hyola 401’ and ‘Pacific’).
