El casco antiguo de Cehegín: evolución, arquitectura palaciega de época moderna y propuestas integrales de intervención para su puesta en valor

Abstract
This paper will focus on the importance of the old town of Cehegín’s municipality (Murcia, Spain), paying special attention to the unique buildings and, in particular, to those for residential use that make up its architectural heritage, most of which date from the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries. Finally, we intend to put forward a series of comprehensive proposals that will improve and enhance, on a general level, the enhancement, protection and conservation of the old town and the artistic-historical heritage that makes it up.
