ETUDE COMPARATIVE DES PARAMETRES PHYSICOCHIMIQUES DES EAUX DE QUATRE COURS D’EAU DANS LA VILLE DE BRAZZAVILLE, REPUBLIQUE DU CONGO
Journal Title: Larhyss Journal - Year 2017, Vol 29, Issue 29
Abstract
The physicochemical parameters of water of four waterways crossing the town of Brazzaville were determined in upstream, the medium and downstream during the period from January 15 th to August 15th, 2015. The results of physicochemical analysis showed that the variation of of the parameters makes it possible to classify them in four group: the parameters which the quantities increase from the upstream to the downstream, the parameters which the quantities decrease from the upstream to the downstream, the parameters which the quantities increase between the upstream and the medium then decrease between the medium and the downstream and finally the parameters which the quantities remain constant between upstream and the downstream. Except the turbidity and the suspended matter which the quantities are higher than the standards of WHO, the other parameters have quantities which are in general below the standards. The nature of the crossed grounds, the nature and the volume of the rejections received by each waterways as well as the behavior of the population living near each waterway are as many elements to be taken account to explain the variation of the physicochemical and parameters.

GEOPHYSICS AND PHYSICO-CHEMICAL COUPLED APPROACH OF THE GROUNDWATER CONTAMINATION. APPLICATION IN A POLLUTION BY THE LANDFILL LEACHAT OF OUJDA CITY (EASTERN MOROCCO)
The urban waste produced by Oujda city, mixed with solid waste of industrial and hospital origin, was disposed since 1990 until 2005 on an open-air landfill situated approximately 7 km southeast of the city center. The...
THE SHARING OF WATER IN THE OASES OF TIMIMOUN HERITAGE CULTURAL DECLINING
The oases of Timimoun are irrigated by ancestral techniques called Foggara. The Foggara system is based on a gallery of slightly sloping conveying the groundwater to the surface. The Foggara is a collective proprety be...
SORPTION OF 2, 3- DICHLOROPROPIONANILIDE ON FIVE SOILS FROM THE DELTA OF THE SENEGAL RIVER IN MAURITANIA
The 2,3-dichloropropionanilide is a position isomer of propanil, a weed-killer widely used nowadays in agriculture across the Sahellian countries. We report here the effect of 2,3-dichloropropionanilide on five soil sa...
PERTE DE CAPACITE DANS LES BARRAGES SITUES DANS LES ZONES ARIDES ET SEMI ARIDES. CAS DES BARRAGES DE GARGAR, BOUHANIFIA, OUIZERT ET FOUM EL GHERZA
Most dams are subject to a loss of capacity due primarily to three factors namely: water leakage, the silting and evaporation intense. The study of these phenomenons is of great importance because they can endanger the...
LES HYDROCARBURES AROMATIQUES POLYCYCLIQUES DANS LES EAUX CONVENTIONNELLES ET NON CONVENTIONNELLES DESTINEES A L’IRRIGATION EN TUNISIE
Wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) are considered major sources of pollution in water resources and in the environment. Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are of particular interest since they are persistent, bi...
