Evaluating the Changes of Technology and Acceleration of Industrial Sectors of Production Sectors (The Case of Urmia Industrial Zone)

Abstract
The aim of the present study was to evaluate changes of technology and acceleration of industrial sectors of production sectors to answer the question that acceleration was correlate with which types of production and industrial sectors. Organizational factors presented in the study involved creativity and innovation, human force skill, cooperative culture, information technology and productivity; environmental factors comprised of changes in the field of technology, government-based support, equal companies and inconsistency of economic state) developed in two hypotheses. Using Pearson correlation coefficient and regression test, it was found that each of the organizational and environmental factors was correlated to the organizational acceleration while the relationship was negative in the case of economic state inconsistency.
