Evaluating the Relationship of Job Satisfaction to Organizational Commitment of Medical Emergencies Employees of Kerman's Medical Sciences University

Abstract

Human force is an irremovable component and the most important tools to make the progress in each organization and studying job satisfaction and organization commitment of employees in workplace is important because of much importance of human force compared to other resources within organization. These two cases are important to increase organizational productivity and maintain efficient human force, especially in the centers with high work such as medical are important to raise society's health as the human forces of hygienic organizations, so that the organizations of hygienic cares can achieve any success without the efficient force of medical emergencies. The present study was performed to determine the relationship of job satisfaction to organizational commitment of employees of medical emergencies, in the Kerman's medical sciences university and curing services. To do so, all of employees of medical emergencies of medical sciences university and curing service were considered as statistical society of this research. To collect information's, two questionnaires of "visit" and "chrome" were used which were based on descriptive indices of job, innovation and standard. To analyze date by using SPSS software (Copy 20) and through descriptive statistics and Smirnoff tests. The ANOVA variance analysis, spearman correlation coefficient, freedman score test and multivariate regression analysis are applied. Research's findings show that there is a positive and meaningful relationship between job satisfaction of employees and organizational commitment. It means that the higher is the job satisfaction, the more is the people's commitment to the organizations.
