FEATURES OF METHODOLOGY OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCHES OF PUBLIC MANAGEMENT OF SOCIALAND ECONOMIC RELATIONS IN CONSTRUCTION

Abstract
The article analyzes the study of the formation of the mechanism of legal regulation of socio-economic relations in construction in the context of public administration, which requires a high level of specification, the use of a system of modern methodological means. It is noted that the important methodological aspect of state regulation of relations in construction is the connection between the goal and the result achieved, the essence of which is that between them there never exists an absolute identity. It is proved that the discrepancy between the purpose and the result is a fundamental characteristic of state regulation, which determines its continuous character, since each achieved result inevitably sets new goals that require the implementation of changing conditions.
