FORMATION OF COMMUNAL ENTERPRISES LEADERSHIP POTENTIAL

Abstract
The author studied the problems of communal enterprises management, in particular, such aspect, as the formation of leadership potential process. Author defined basic concepts regarding leadership potential. Author describes the basic stages of forming leadership skills, the necessary conditions and obstacles which may prevent the formation of leadership potential of communal enterprises. Based on the results of the study, the author proposes a new algorithm of forming communal enterprises leadership potential
