Forming clothes technicians-constructors’ arts- creative competence as a professional pedagogy problem

Abstract

The theoretical analysis of forming clothes technicians-constructors’ arts-creative competence as one of important approaches for modern professional pedagogy. Studying the spectrum of scientific  development on the issue in local and foreign scientific-pedagogical literature allowed to define that despite the modern labour market need in specialists with formed arts-creative competence there is still the lack of theoretical basis for forming the following competence. It is grounded that the profession technicians-constructor is the one of “A human being-art image” type so there us a need for high creative specialists. The forced world fashion industry development and the easier textile goods supply to Ukrainian market make the native VET re-think and re-look through the traditional approaches to specialist’s training for the textile industry taking into account raising their competitiveness. There is a growing need for high-qualified specialists able to realize the whole process of goods design from the draft model to the production technologies, with good knowledge of new fashion tendencies, technologies for art designing and decorating clothes, modelling difficult and interesting clothes of different types using different materials in the native textile industry. It is proved that technicians-constructors have to have not only designing and technology knowledge but also the Arts ones for direct forming their arts-creative competence. The attention is brought to the mosaic way of forming clothes technicians-constructors’ arts- creative competence at colleges. There is the problem of sector high education standard for textile industry.
