FRAMEWORK OF STANDARDS TO SECURE AND FACILITATE GLOBAL TRADE AS AN IMPROVING MECHANISM OF DUAL-USE PRODUCTS EXPORT CONTROL IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article deals with the issues of international harmonization and modernization of customs procedures by introducing of framework of standards to secure and facilitate global trade. Nature, basic principles and provisions of framework of standards of work enhancement of customs authorities in the field of supply chain security are revealed. The impact of framework of standards security implementation on the efficiency of the dual-use products export control system in Ukraine is analyzed.
