Functionally-oriented approach to formation of organizational-economic controlling mechanism hotel enterprises as part of the tourism

Abstract
Purpose. The purpose of the article is to establish the feasibility of using functionaloriented approach to the formation of the organizational-economic mechanism of management of the enterprises of the hotel industry. The article is devoted to the definition of the main components of the organizational-economic mechanism of management of hotel industry enterprises. Methodology of research. The solution of these problems in an article carried by such scientific and special research methods: analysis and synthesis, generalization and systematization, the dialectical approach. Findings. The main components and justified the use of functionally-oriented approach to the formation of the organizational-economic mechanism of management of hotel industry enterprises. Practical value. The article substantiates that the implementation of this approach will contribute to the development of the enterprises of the hotel industry. Main scientific article can be used in the practice of various enterprises.
