Functions of cybernetic deontology.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the functions of cybernetic deontology. The definition of the concepts of “deontology”, “cybernetic deontology” is described. The main aspects of cybernetic deontology are singled out. The functions of cybernetic deontology, which help to direct the process of increasing the efficiency of legal regulation of cybernetic relations, are analyzed. It is indicated on the necessity of research of deontological prescriptions by scientific teams that cooperate with practitioners.
