FUTURE LEGAL REGULATION OF THE PARTNERSHIP RELATION IN TAX CONTROL

Abstract
The article analyzes the legal regulation of tax control in Ukraine in the context of our country declared liberalization of relations control of taxation and approximation of national tax laws to the social and legal standards of advanced foreign countries. Ways of improving individual elements of the legal mechanism to avoid negative financial and economic impact in the area of tax control.
