Guz mieszany ślinianki przyusznej penetrujący do jamy czaszki

Abstract
Gruczolak wielopostaciowy jest niezłośliwym nowotworem wywodzącym się z gruczołów ślinowych. Jest to najczęstszy nowotwór występujący w śliniankach. Pomimo że jest guzem łagodnym, powinien być traktowany jako klinicznie niepewny. Mniej więcej w połowie przypadków obserwuje się nieostre odgraniczenie pomiędzy tkanką guza a miąższem ślinianki. Nowotwór ten może dawać odlegle przerzuty nawet wówczas, gdy nie uległ zezłośliwieniu. Złośliwą przemianę gruczolaka obserwuje się w 3–5 % przypadków. Celem niniejszej pracy było przedstawienie przypadku 75-letniej pacjentki ze wznową guza mieszanego szerzącego się przez ciągłość do jamy czaszki.
