History of regulatory closure of concept «conflict of interests» in anti-corruption legislation of Ukraine

Abstract
The article examines the history of the normative consolidation of the concept of «conflict of interest» in the anti-corruption legislation of Ukraine, which is proposed to be divided into four stages, a detailed analysis of each of the selected historical stages is carried out by studying the relevant legal acts.
